Matt Bader

Lead Producer

Matt Bader is an actor, writer, and producer from Milford, CT. Past production credits include The Silly William Gambit (Star, writer, & producer: Edinburgh Fringe & The Producers Club Theatre). Performance credits include Doobie (I was a Teenage She-Devil UK Premier), Connecticut Repertory Theater’s The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Deputy) and It’s a Wonderful Life: The Radio Play (Young George). Ridgewood Opera Company’s Ruddigore. (Richard Dauntless) and Theatre for the New City’s Stitch in Time. (Lowly Henry). He also tours the Northeastern US as the titular role in The Dinner Detective. Film/TV, he is a series regular for Justin Jager’s The Startup (Paul).

Faith Pasch

Lead Producer

Faith Pasch is a NYC-based actress, singer, and producer. Past performance credits include: Nancy Nelson (I Was a Teenage She-Devil UK Premier), Disney Cruise Line (Believe, The Golden Mickeys, Beauty and the Beast), Flounder (The Little Mermaid in Concert), Maureen (Rent in Concert), and Susan (Miracle on 34th Street). Her works as a producer include: The Silly William Gambit (Edinburgh Fringe & The Producers Club Theatre), as well as numerous concerts and cabarets. In addition to Diamond Mesh Inc, she recently founded her solo production company Faith Pasch Productions; and co-founded Fate Productions, which will debut original cabaret shows in 2026 aiming to highlight female and non-binary voices.

Isabella Conti

Festival Stage Manager

 

Isabella Conti is a NYC-born stage manager and production artist. Stage management credits include The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Three Sisters, and Eurydice. Additional work includes the devised piece Kushiyah and an immersive production of Hookman by Lauren Yee (Pomona College). Her practice centers on new and experimental theater, with a focus on building flexible systems for evolving scripts and unconventional staging. She is particularly interested in access-centered stage management and how production structures shape the rehearsal room. She has also worked in galleries as an art conservation fellow, which informs her interest in documentation and ephemerality in performance.

Sara Hansen

Festival Lighting Designer

 

Sara Hansen (she/her) is a NYC based lighting designer.  She is excited to be working on Diamond Mesh's first Manifestival!  Her favorite credits include Josh Glanc Family Man (LD - SOHO Playhouse), What if They Ate the Baby? (ALD - SOHO Playhouse), Marie Antoinette (LD - T Lang Theatre), and Mind of Self (LD - Bordeau Black Box).  Sara earned her BFA in lighting design from Marymount Manhattan College.

Jay Michaels

Press Rep

 

Jay Michaels is one of the most enduring and visible personalities of independent theatre & films. A veteran of the original Off-Off Broadway and underground movements in NYC, Michaels’ career spans from the national tours of Cats and Les Misérables to the executive offices of international galas featuring Hillary Clinton, Jon Stewart, Vera Wang, and James Earl Jones. He has lent his strategic acumen to Broadway shows like The Vagina Monologues, Guys & Dolls, Damn Yankees, Beginnings, and Audra McDonald at Town Hall. Today, he remains a champion of the independent artist through his boutique firm, Jay Michaels Global Communications, serving a vast array of independent international talent and their projects including some of New York’s most prominent indie stage companies. Michaels is also co-producer of Channel Indie, a ROKU station dedicated to the indie artist and on-air personality for ACW-TV and Boston Sci-Fi Channel.

Danielle MacMath

Danielle MacMath is an actor and theatre marketer. Campaigns include: Sylvia and Urinetown at the Grange Theatre (Social Media Manager), SantaCon the Play with Richard Kind (Social Media / Producer), Sacco and Vanzetti are Dead! (Marketing / Producer), and the audition prep service No Sweat Rep (Social Media). During her time as a Producer at The Black Box, she contributed to over 50 productions and countless readings, including Eric Bogosian's 1+1 Off-Broadway, John Patrick Shanley's The Lost Years, Imaginary Comforts by Daniel Handler (aka Lemony Snicket), Premiere Production of Exposed by Beth Henley, and the U.S. Premiere of Sam Shepard’s unpublished Little Ocean. Favorite acting credits include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Mrs. Teavee), Othello (Emilia), Spring Awakening (Wendla), and alongside F.
